Brilliant service from start to finish. The lady on the phone was friendly & efficient, it was easy to set up the appointment & the quote was given over the phone & adhered to. My carpet looks like new again now. It smells fresh and clean. The procedure was non invasive & took about an hour. Paid on completion & without needing to pay a deposit. The last time we had our carpets cleaned the man arrived by bus holding a Vax. Foolishly we let him loose on our expensive furnishings. What a disaster. The suite was wet for days, the carpet shrunk and when they finally dried out they looked no better than when he started.
